Clark-Asberry Homestead Ranch is in North Tulsa, the heart of Black Wall Street. It is owned by Rodney and Sheila Clark and located within a food desert. Customers can see first-hand vegetables growing in the Greenhouse and meat products raised on the farm. Guests can sample selected "specials" of the day. Consumers purchase organic vegetables, fresh eggs, turkeys, antibiotic-free farm raised, chickens, meat rabbits and grass-fed beef. Our motto is "WE LOVE TO EAT."
Our Garden Project is sponsored by Langston University Extension. Additional support is provided by the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) and Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS). As a "CARE CHAMPION" for NRCS Rodney is working with community gardeners to develop more produce for families throughout the Tulsa area.
The market is indoors from June through October on Saturdays from 9 a.m. until 12 noon. On-line orders can be purchased anytime with appointments for pick-up. Children should be escorted by parents. NO PETS ALLOWED.
Calisha's Sweet Tea comes in a variety of flavors including raspberry, mango and peach. This treat can be purchased for $3.00 a bottle..
Clayton "Fish Man" Asberry offers quality "Buffalo Fish" on a seasonal basis.
These homemade pickles are very popular. Generally, each batch "sells out" weekly.

We love our customers, so feel free to visit during normal business hours.
